First of all in one of the first slides, he is notorious for nonviolent protesting you had a typo. I think he did help because without him blacks would be a lot less tolerated and accepted. I think he changed the way people thought about being black. And i like the fact you mentioned he changed his name!
He did have his mind in the right place but answering violence with violence is not the way to go. I admit, what he was doing was good.
ReplyDeleteI think it helped a lot. Although his methods may not have been the best, he did instill a sense of pride in their identity as African Americans.
